The 1996 CD only release from Behemoth Sound Recordings (BS016) was from Long Island's Science Diet. 

Recorded at eye dye studios 1/95. Mixed at WGNS studios by Geoff Turner 6/95.

Science Diet were Chris Donohue-vox, guitar, Jerry Carbone-drums, Steve O'Brien-bass (tracks 1-6), Craig Guerin (track 8). Illustrations by Chris Donohue.
